The excitement of launching the Smacked Village pop-up in January was electric. Followed by great energy and feedback from our community on Bleeker Street and our customers, we knew that we would have to temporarily shut down within a few months in order to do a full build-out of our store.
This build-out was more than just the physical space, but a complete rebranding from logo to graphics, signage, website, and more.
Our goal at Smacked is not simply to sell cannabis products, but to provide a space that people want to be in – a space they come to network, hang out, or gain some knowledge from our excellent budtending staff. We have built a space not just for Smacked, but as a staple and part of the West Village community.
Our partners have done a great job helping pull together a reimagining of Smacked Village and our larger brand. Digital Surgeons stretched their imagination and deployed years of branding and design experience to capture the spirit of Smack in brand and web design. The Tameka Group was diligent and masterful in ensuring that Smacked was not just “a” dispensary, but “the” dispensary that sets the standard for the NYC cannabis community.
