As a third-generation farmer, he has cultivated cannabis and hemp in diverse regions, including the Hudson Valley, South Carolina, and the Caribbean. Beyond his agricultural endeavors, Fagon has been a vocal advocate for the inclusion of Black and Brown communities in the cannabis industry.
