Legacy Club NYC is conveniently located in the heart of the West Village. We’re just minutes from the subway, easy to access and ideal for both locals and visitors.
Our space welcomes 21+ adults who appreciate cannabis culture. We do not sell cannabis on-site. Any consumption must follow New York’s adult-use rules and our event guidelines.
It depends on the event. We always operate within NY regulations and building policies. No open-flame/combustion indoors. Edibles are generally fine; other forms may be restricted by the event type and house rules. Ask us for the specifics for your date.

Yes. Government-issued photo ID is required for all guests, no exceptions.
No on-site sales. If you’d like legal products, we can coordinate with Smacked Village (state-licensed) for compliant options before or after your event.
Personal, reasonable amounts only, and only if permitted for your specific event. No resale, “gifting,” or sharing with non-members/non-guests.
Policies vary by event and permitting. Outside alcohol and mixed service (alcohol + cannabis) are restricted. Ask us before planning anything with alcohol.
Ideal for small-to-mid events. Share your headcount and layout (seated vs. lounge/standing) and we’ll confirm the safe number for your setup.
House furniture, basic lounge décor, Wi-Fi, and standard cleaning. A/V, specialty lighting, and extra build-outs are available as add-ons.
Yes – plug-and-play sound, mic, and display options are available. Send us your tech needs in advance.
Absolutely, vendors must provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) and follow load-in/out rules. We also have preferred vendors if you want it turnkey.
Most events require a refundable security deposit. Standard cleaning is included; deep cleans or overtime are billed if needed.
Date-dependent. We’ll spell it out in your agreement (deposit, timeline, and any reschedule options).
We assign arrival windows for your vendors and provide on-site contact. Early access and late breakdown can be added if the calendar allows.
No combustion indoors. We follow building policies and NYC clean-air rules. If a designated outdoor area is available for your event, we’ll confirm it in writing.
Event-dependent and subject to building policy. Many events are edibles-only. Confirm with us beforehand.
Open flames, fog/haze, loose glitter, and confetti are not allowed. Flameless candles and clean décor are welcome.
The venue is accessible; let us know any specific needs. Street/garage parking and public transit options are nearby. We’ll include the best options in your confirmation.
Yes, unless the event is marked private or guests opt out. Commercial shoots require prior approval and a COI.
